Description

Born in Finland on the 28th of August 1989, Valtteri Bottas began his career racing karts at the age of six. After moving through various racing classes with great success, Bottas became the official Williams F1 test driver in 2010, this leading to a full time drive with the team from 2013 through 2016. Bottas made his debut with the Mercedes F1 Team in 2017. He won his first race at the Russian Grand Prix that same year. Bottas is pictured here racing to victory at the 2019 Australian Grand Prix.
