In the 1950’s the Japanese made electric model toy boats featuring outboard engines which were very true to the full-sized originals and always painted in the most fashionable colours of the day.
The Outboard Motor Bookends are based on these originals and have been mounted to heavy cast iron plates that will keep your books in place no matter how choppy the waters become.
