How can I buy a subscription for someone else? Show Hide

All of our subscription plans give you the opportunity to gift them to someone else. Visit our subscription offers page and click any offer and then click “Gift”.  You will need to provide the email of your recipient and payment. The recipient will receive an email showing you paid for this and a link to complete their details to process the order.

Can I choose with which issue my subscription starts with? Show Hide

When you subscribe to the bundle subscription, your print magazine will start from the next available issue of the magazine. Click here for our full publishing calendar. When you subscribe to either bundle or digital-only, you automatically are granted access to our full archive of issues which you can access from the web or through our app.

 

How can I cancel my subscription? Show Hide

Where does Motor Sport magazine ship to? Show Hide

We ship to most locations globally, but in recent times, we’ve experienced delivery problems with PO Boxes worldwide. Therefore, where possible, we request a non-PO Box address to ensure as smooth a delivery as possible.

How can I change my address? Show Hide

Please login to our website, select MY ACCOUNT at the top right corner. Click “Addresses” and then select the small pencil icon next to your address to make changes.

What are the delivery times? Show Hide

In general delivery times are as follows:

UK Delivery
Orders will usually be processed Monday to Friday and dispatched within 48 hours, excluding bank holidays and during the Christmas period. Delivery is typically 5-10 working days. Special order items such as prints will be dispatched as soon as they are in stock.

USA and ROW Delivery
Orders will usually be processed Monday to Friday and dispatched within 48 hours, excluding bank holidays and during the Christmas period. All items are dispatched from the UK by local postal service therefore delivery is typically 14-21 days to USA and ROW depending on local postal service status. Due to customs processes some countries outside of the UK may be subject to delays and take longer than 14-21 days. Royal Mail service updates are available here.

Do print subscribers get the Digital edition for free? Show Hide

As a print subscriber you do not receive the digital magazine as part of your subscription. If you wish to add the digital magazine to be included in your print magazine you will need to upgrade your subscription to the Bundle package. You can upgrade to the Bundle package from as little as £2.99 and receive instant access to both the interactive digital edition and online Motor Sport archive. For more information click here.

I have purchased a subscription direct from Apple and are unsure how many issues I have remaining. Show Hide

We don’t actually have the ability to see what your subscription status is with Apple, as you have bought the magazine from them directly. Apple doesn’t share any purchaser’s information with us. However, you can check your subscription status with them by following the below steps:

  • Go to the Settings tab on your iPad.
  • Click on the iTunes and App Store button on the left hand side.
  • Click on your Apple ID.
  • Then click on the Subscriptions button.
  • It will then show the subs you have through Apple
  • Then click on the Motor Sport subscription and it will then show you your sub status with Apple and how many issues you have left or if it is expired.
