The 2025 Formula 1 season accelerates into the fifth round this weekend with the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, held at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit.
The event will mark the conclusion of F1’s first triple-header of 2025 after a dramatic start to the season that has seen McLaren emerge as the dominant force, with Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri now first and second in the standings.
The Jeddah circuit, renowned for its high speeds and challenging layout featuring 27 corners, promises another thrilling contest as rivals like Mercedes and Red Bull look to close the gap and disrupt McLaren’s momentum.
In the UK, Sky Sports F1 will provide live coverage of all sessions, with the race starting at 6pm BST. Highlights will available on Channel 4 later in the evening.

The 3.84 mile (6.1km) Jeddah circuit, renowned for its high speeds and challenging layout featuring 27 corners, promises another thrilling contest as rivals Mercedes, Ferrari and Red Bull look to close the gap and disrupt McLaren’s momentum.
As the second consecutive night race following Bahrain, Saudi Arabia will be an afternoon/evening event for UK viewers, with practice kicking off at 2pm on Friday, while the 50-lap race will start at 6pm.
Live TV
All on-track sessions will be broadcast live on Sky Sports F1 starting at 3am ahead of Free Practice 1 on Friday. As in previous seasons, subscribers can download the Sky Sports App and simultaneously stream onboard footage from any driver of their choice. There’s also the option of a ‘Battle Channel’, showing the most exciting fights for position, as well as various race control streams, including multi-screen views and timing.

Highlights
Channel 4 will show highlights of the weekend, across all three days, with action from Friday’s sprint qualifying session, followed by a Saturday afternoon programme featuring both the sprint race and qualifying. Highlights of Sunday’s Grand Prix will be broadcast at 1pm.
