Our products of the month, including brilliant car care products, a limited-edition Schumacher poster and LEGO’s new Porsche kit
Automobilist Ferrari F1-2000 Michael Schumacher pitstop poster
Created for Michael Schumacher’s 50th birthday, these posters celebrate Schumacher’s first Formula 1 title with Ferrari. This particular poster is limited-edition – just one of 500 prints – that measures 50x70cm, printed on high-quality glossy paper. And some proceeds go to the Keep Fighting Foundation, a charity set up in Schumacher’s honour. We’d like the collection on our walls, if you please.
It’s not dressed in those fetching Brumos Racing colours, but this LEGO Porsche 911 RSR consists of 1580 pieces and includes a working differential, six-cylinder engine with moving pistons, working steering, a fire extinguisher (presumably not working) and even a small track map of Laguna Seca on the driver’s door. OK, this Renault RS17 features 313,000 pieces, but then it costs £45,000…
Keeping water firmly away from your pride and joy, this ‘Metro Blaster Dryer’ not only seems like an efficient way to keep your car dry but a wholly enjoyable one too. It blows filtered, warm air at your car, preventing rust from forming in every nook and cranny that you can’t see. And it weighs under 4kg so it’s portable.
‘Super soft, super stretchy and super strong’ – these Richbrook indoor car covers look like they’ll pamper your car, rather than just protect it from rain, dust and dirt. They come in various colours and are supplied with a zip-up bag and nametag. They’re also machine washable, which is a bonus.
Make those tyres sparkle. These water-based tyre care products from Black Pearl form a dry film to protect your wheels from the elements. They’re not flammable, toxic and there are no carcinogenic additives. And, the paint, plastic or other surfaces that you may accidentally smear with Black Pearl won’t get damaged by the product.
Northamptonshire-built trailers to cocoon your car to the circuit, these high-quality Woodford ones come in a number of shapes, sizes and colours. They’re specially designed for club, private and professional motor sport users and Woodford even does motorbike and flatbed trailers, too.
