The United Kingdom’s first F1 world champion, Mike Hawthorn also achieved victory at the 1955 24 hours of Le Mans. However his life was tragically cut short when he was killed in a traffic incident aged just 29.
Hawthorn’s life is commemorated with this striking print, showing the Englishman at the wheel of his championship-winning Ferrari 246.
