An update from us…

Firstly, thank you for your continued support and loyalty during these very difficult times. Here at Motor Sport Magazine, we hope that you and your loved ones are as well as they can be during the pandemic.

As you will have noticed, the postal services have been hugely impacted because of the ever-changing global situation. We are constantly monitoring our services and working closely with suppliers to ensure that delays are kept to an absolute minimum, which we appreciate has not always been the case in recent months.

For our UK customers, Royal Mail remains hugely affected by the pandemic as many of their key workers have been unable to work due to illness. On top of this, they have had to re-plan how staff can work together safely in sorting offices due to enhanced social distancing measures; meaning fewer people can be present at any one time.

All of this has resulted in fewer deliveries per week, which of course, has a knock-on effect on all mail being delivered.

For our overseas customers, due to the reduced amount of flights, we’ve changed to shipping copies by sea instead, which, naturally, is a slower process compared with air transport.

Unfortunately, with all of these changes that are outside of our control, it has meant that delivery can often be later than when the issue would ordinarily have been due to arrive with you. For this, we can only apologise. We do hope that as things slowly improve, things should get better for all deliveries.

We do advise that you to log-in to your online account so that you can read the latest issue and view our 96-year-old archive either via our website or via the app.

1. To access the Motor Sport app on your tablet or smartphone, please click here
2. Open the app and tap ‘Login’ in the menu bar at the top of the screen.
3. Enter your email address as your username and your Motor Sport account password.
