Silverstone Auctions estimates that this car will fetch £70,000-£80,000 on February 23, due to its recent competition history and engine rebuild. The car placed on the podium at Silverstone Classic 2017 and was last campaigned at Oulton Park’s Gold Cup last year for a fourth-place finish.

The car is eligible to compete in the HSCC’s Super Tourer Championship in 2018, alongside other BTCC icons such as the 2002 Alfa 156 S2000 and 2005 Honda Integra Type R.
