McLaren MP4/4 1:18 Model by Amalgam
New for 1988’s Formula 1 season, the record-breaking McLaren MP4/4 wiped the floor with the competition, winning all but one race either at the hands of Ayrton Senna or Alain Prost. This 1:18 scale model by Amalgam is Senna’s car from the Japanese Grand Prix, where he clinched the world title after stalling on the grid, bump-starting on the fortuitously sloped Suzuka start and working his way through traffic from 14th position. This model is handcrafted in the Amalgam workshop and made with the assistance of McLaren Racing which gave details about original finishes and supplied archive images and drawings. Every detail (bar the tobacco sponsorship due to licensing restrictions) has been recreated. Maybe keep it away from children.

Ferrari 1:12 nosecone
Parts of Formula 1 cars are very cool. However, parts of actual Formula 1 cars are also hideously expensive, plus fitting a full-width front wing in your living room may upset the other half. That’s why scale model makers have taken to recreating the best bits in miniature. Amalgam is a big name in the model market, and this 1:12 recreation of Ferrari’s 2020 SF1000 nosecone is a beauty. Both Charles Leclerc and Sebastian Vettel versions are available.

Signed Audi Quattro poster
Name us a more defining piece of rallying machinery than the Audi Quattro. When it was introduced in 1980, the 300bhp 4WD beast became a game-changer. Michèle Mouton used one to become the first female driver to win a WRC event and the car notched Audi two world titles. This special edition design from Automobilist celebrates the Quattro S1 that Walter Röhrl and Christian Geistdörfer took to victory on the 1985 Rally Sanremo. It’s signed by both. A percentage of each sale is donated to the Paris Brain Institute.

Ayrton Senna print
The 1985 Portuguese Grand Prix was a big one for Ayrton Senna. Not only did the Brazilian score his first Formula 1 pole, he backed it up with his first victory, too. This artwork from Chris Wainwright is dedicated to that event, featuring Ayrton in full flow in his Lotus. Fine art print, limited to 75 signed and numbered premium editions (56×44.2cm) and 75 standard prints (34.5×27.8cm).

Hesketh Racing watch
F1 teams didn’t get much cooler than Hesketh, so much so that the brand is alive and well. Why not celebrate the heritage of Lord Hesketh, James Hunt and the Hesketh Racing Bear with this watch. Styled in tribute of the 308 car, the dial recreates its livery, complete with the Racing Bear at 12 o’clock.
