New Beaded-Edge Rims

The V.S.C.C. is attempting to work a scheme for the supply of new wheel rims to take beaded-edge tyres of various sizes. This entails four tools totalling £680, so orders in advance, with cash, are essential if the idea is to succeed. If it does not, money will be returned and we know the V.S.C.C. well enough not to need to qualify this. The rims will be supplied to non-members who require them and it is essential that those interested tell the V.S.C.C. as soon as they possibly can.
