Le Mans to be celebrated by Motor Sport
The Le Mans 24 Hour race will be a central theme of the Autosport International Exhibition at Birmingham’s NEC on January 13-14. The Motor Sport-backed display, in association with BEN, aims to reunite famous drivers with cars from the event. Already confirmed is the ex-Duncan Hamilton/Tony Rolt Jaguar C-type which won the 1953 event, as well as the XJR-9 that won at la Sarthe in 1988, an Aston Martin 1½-litre LM, a Ford GT40, an Audi R8 and the 2003 winner, a Bentley Speed 8.
