Motor Sport calendar

What splendid pictures compose the 2002 Motor Sport Calendar. Not only do the LAT photographs constitute an evocative recall of important pre-war races, from 1922 to 1939, but I like especially the one of Brooklands, its vastness emphasised by a picnic party on the Member’s Hill on August Bank Holiday 1928 ignoring the line-up for a race in the far distance. I marvel, also, at the number of spectators on the pavement while the 1932 TT is in progress, with more sensible young boys (and girl) watching safely from a bridge.
