Some MOTOR SPORT "Firsts"
WE normally dislike the sticking-outof-necks, especially ours, but on the advice of those who say you gain no credit unless you blow your own trumpet, it is amusing, at any rate, to note that two rival motor journals have very recently published articles about Russ-Turner’s ex-Birkin blower-4 1/2 single-seater Bentley, Kenneth Nose’s 1911 London-Edinburgh Rolls-Royce, and the Michelin Tyre Co. building in Fulham. These subjects were rather fully covered by us, respectively in 1973, 1971 and 1963. . . — W.B.
