I have much admiration for
the Trojan OC, which, in spite of the small number of survivors of these unusual two-stroke chain-drive vehicles (six on a recent rally), has a twicemonthly magazine, and even, a Museum Trust for the varied projects of the Trojan company.
The last magazine of 2006 included much about th famous Brook Bond Tea vans of 1924-1958 (after which Fords took over) the astonishing te company’s service depot will its individual garages for each van, and a 15-month 12,000-mile journey from Singapore to London by a Trojan tourer. The Secretary of this enthusiastic club is John Amor (Tel: 01277 821 623).
