Formula Junior targets race record
The global celebrations for the 50th anniversary of Formula Junior will be capped by a record entry for the Brands Hatch meeting on June 28, when over 100 cars are expected to take part in three races.
Duncan Rabagliati and the Formula Junior Historic Racing Association set the 100-car target as a highlight of the year-long celebration of the junior category’s history, which covers all continents.
“We were already up around the 90-mark several weeks ago, so I hope that the final entry will be over 100 cars,” said Rabagliati. The provisional timetable has the three Junior races on the Saturday of the two-day meeting.
