Sportscar Enduro for HSCC brands hatch

The historic sports car club’s annual historic .Superprix will feature a two-hours-race for pre 1980 sportsracing and GT cars over the weekend of June 30/July 1.

The two-driver race, which will also include refuelling stops, is aimed at attracting entries from the club’s RIB Thundersports Championship, the European Sports Prototype Trophy and the International Supersports Cup. Seven classes will cater for all types of car, with an invitation class for pre-1974 sports prototypes.

A capacity field is expected for the race, held on the challenging Grand Prix circuit, with Lola T70s, Ford GT40s, Chevrons and Alfa Romeos battling it out with some Can-Am cars.

The balance of the meeting features the HSCC championships as well as the European Formula 2 Trophy and BRDC 50s Sportscar Championship.
