At Donington John Howell once again ran his venerable 3-litre Sunbeam, which seems reliable in spite of being supercharged and even finished fifth in one race, top right. This year a new ruling allows three-wheelers to compete with four-wheelers in VSCC events and at Donington Dutton took advantage of this, running his 1929 Aero Morgan in three races, above.
