Craig Breedlove Film

Goodyear Tyres have made a film of Craig Breedlove’s high speed runs on the Bonneville Salt Flats last August when he achieved a speed of 407.45 m.p.h. The 16 mm. film, which is in colour, lasts 27 minutes and is available from Goodyear Public Relations, Voice & Vision Ltd., 26 Upper Brook Street, London, W.1.

Caerphilly Urban District Council are organising a rally of Veteran, Vintage and P.V.T. cars at the 13th-Century Caerphilly Castle on July 11 th. The event will consist of a parade through the town and a concours at the Castle. Entry forms may be obtained from P. C. Skinner, Esq., at the Council Offices, Caerphilly, Glamorgan.

The Southsea M.C. stage their Twelfth Concours d’Elegance on June 7th at Southsea Castle Field, near the Rock Gardens, at 3 p.m. Classes range from pre-1920 to post-1960, with price gradings for the modern machines.
