Rally show to mark Quattro's 30th

The 30th anniversary of the Audi Quattro will be a central theme of the Rally Show at Chatsworth in Derbyshire on June 5/6. Five ex-works rally cars will be in action on the rally stage in the grounds of Chatsworth House.

Rally-prepared Quattros will take part in a dedicated demonstration session each day. On Sunday, members of the Quattro Owner’s Club will take their cars onto the 1.2-mile special stage to join in a cavalcade of the famous model.

Meanwhile, the show organisers are keen to hear from any members of the Audi Sport UK team of the 1980s as well as any of the David Sutton Motorsport team members. It is hoped to have an informal reunion during the weekend.

The rally stage has been re-designed for 2010 and promises to offer non-stop action for the fans as well as a better quality surface for the drivers.
