Fredy Kumschick scored again
Fredy Kumschick scored his second Thoroughbred Grand Prix win of the season, at Donington Park in May, his Williams FW07 finishing four seconds clear of the Brabham BT49 of Christian Glasel.
Combination
The combination of Win Percy andJaguar D-type ‘774 RW’ was the class act of a brace of BRDC Historic Sports Car Championship races at Snetterton. With Frank Sytner absent at Monaco, Nick Lirmey (Lister Knobbly) snatched second from John Harper’s Cooper Monaco. Notable other winners included Jamie Boot (TVR Griffith), Nick Crossley (March 73A) and Michael Scott (March 702).

Justing Law took two wins in the World Sports Car races at Silverstone in early June. His Jaguar XJR10 outpaced slender opposition, although David Leslie gave spirited chase in an Aston Martin AMR1.
