Jaguar Mk.Vs

I am prompted to write to you by Mr. Colyer’s letter (June Motor Sport), re. Mk. V Jaguars. This model, which has virtually disappeared from the roads, is surely one of the most elegant cars ever produced (provided that the rear wheel spats are left in place), and I am privileged to own a 2 1/2 litre example. Having owned this car for four years, I sold it about seven years ago (regretfully), but have now got it back and it is undergoing a total rebuild. I hope Mr. Colyer finds his, as they are becoming very rare (the dreaded wire-worm, you know!). More power to your elbow, Sir.
