Dinky Toys have brought out an articulated AEC tractor unit and trailer to 42 : 1 scale, which measures 8-9/32 in. overall and is cast in much detail, including suspension components. It sells for £1.22 and the trailer is detachable from the tractor. Ref. No. is 915. To the same scale there is a Dinky Toys Land Rover breakdown crank, priced at 94p. New military Dinkys include a 1/32nd-scale Commando Jeep (No. 612), with Vickers “K” 0.5 in. calibre machine guns, which is 4-1/4 in. long and costs 85p.

The last Lesney “Matchbox” miniature we have news of is a 4-3/4 in. 92-to-1 -scale Londoner K-15 omnibus with double-doors which open when a switch is pressed. This Super King model costs 70p.—W.B.
