Caerns & Anglesey M.C.

This year the C.& A.Motor Club’s annual Motor Gymkhana was held at the “Oval,” Caernarvon, not as in previous years on the “Green” at Beaumaris.

Run as a part of Caernarvon’s “Dairy-Carnival,” it provided a closing climax to a very good day’s entertainment.

A large crowd saw cars as far apart as 1930 Austin Sevens and Jaguar X.K140s fighting it out in the Wiggle Woggles, Potato Races and Obstacle Races. The winner on aggregate being Mr. J. C. Jones, Ford Ten Special, of Bangor, other placings being:–

2nd: Mr. T. H. Jones, TR3, of Criccieth.

3rd: Mr. W. H. Blunt, Auntin Seven, of Llanllechid.

4th: Mr. J. D. Williams, XK140, of Amlwch.
