Like father, not son
Sir,
I couldn’t believe Mr Frankel’s sanctimonious editorial last month in which, referring to Damon Hill, he remarked “History will be kinder to him than we have been.” What twaddle. History will remember what we know now, which is that Hill knew how to drive but not how to race. What more stark contrast could there be to his late father, maybe not the quickest driver out there but a racer from head to toe? It is he to whom history will be most kind.
