Hugh Conway CBE
As we close for press, we learn sadly that Hugh Conway, CBE, has died of a sudden heart attack, after he seemed to be recovering well and was full of plans for the forthcoming Bugatti Museum at Prescott. He was the leading authority on all aspects of Molsheim lore, history, engineering, competition and participation.
A Vice President of and the registrar to the Bugatti Owners club, he was a top engineer in the British aircraft industry, but after his retirement he concentrated on building Bugattis and researching the story of the Bugatti family and their cars.
