Riley marinised engines

Since Motor Sport is a magazine about cars, it cannot be often that a query about boats is received. There has recently been much correspondence over Riley marinised engines, supplied to the firm of J. W. Brookes, Lowestoft from about 1931 onwards and marketed in the form of 20 foot motorboats under the name of the “Riley-Brookes runabout”.

I am seeking any information about these boats or any Riley-engined boats, whether 4- or 6-cylinder, especially the present whereabouts of an example.
