THE BUGATTISTI DINE.
THE BUGATTISTI DINE.
THE Bugatti Owners’ Club held their fourth Annual Dinner at the Dorchester Hotel on December 15th. An encouraging number of members were present, and were disappointed to find that neither M. F,ttore Bugatti nor his son Jean had been able to come to England. Lord Howe, the President of the Club, spoke of the success of its events and welcomed the secretaries of the Frazer Nash, Hornet and M.G. Car Clubs, who co-operated with the Bugatti Owners in a number of trials. The prizes for the MonteHoniton Rally, the Night Trial, the Lewes Hill Climb and other competitions were
then presented, and L. G. Bachelier took the lion’s share of these awards, and the Victor Ludorum Cup for the best allround performance.
The floor was then cleared for dancing, and not a few of the guests penetrated to the Dorchester Restaurant to see ” Les Girls,” the Midnight Follies Show.
