Book Reviews - An Appreciation, February 1964, February 1964

Sir,

For almost twenty years I have been a reader of MOTOR SPORT; during that time it has become obvious that your journal truly presents the enthusiast’s outlook on the automotive scene.

However, the main point of this letter is to express my appreciation for your own interests outside the automotive world. I refer to your often extensive reviews of books concerning aircraft. The December issue of MOTOR SPORT, with three reviews of important aircraft books, is a case in point. Your detailed reviews are far superior to those published in specialised journals such as Flight. Please continue this fine coverage.
