Ford Capris abound in the Bathurst 1000, with the No26 of Barry Seton and Don Smith leading the line. This touring car race was notable for the inclusion of Jack Brabham and Stirling Moss sharing a Holden Torana – the latter having rarely competed since his Goodwood crash in 1962. Moss later blew the V8 engine for a DNF.
