Three-year deal for Brands festival

The masters historic festival, featuring one day of racing on the Brands Hatch Indy circuit and two days on the Grand Prix circuit, will run over the Bank Holiday weekend of May 28-30 and continue in the same slot until at least 2013.

MotorSport Vision and Masters Historic Racing have announced a fresh three-year deal to promote the popular motor sport festival.

“Our aim for 2011 is to greatly expand the off-track offer, while keeping the high quality and excellent racing of previous years,” said Masters director Christopher Tate. Plans for next May include a classic car auction, a flying display and a demonstration of a recent Formula 1 car.
