Tiga looks for a new owner

The entire Tiga Race Cars company is up for sale, including drawings, body moulds, jigs and castings. The asking price is £325,000, which includes manufacturing and spares rights.

Tiga, created in 1974 by Tim Schenken and Howden Ganley, built a range of single-seaters and sports cars for categories including Formula Ford, FFord 2000, Formula Atlantic, Can-Am, Sports 2000, IMSA and Group C. Many of the almost 400 cars built are still in use. Among the assets are three GpC chassis. One 286 model is race-ready, while two others require completion.
