Despite respected writers such as Roebuck, Walsh and Henry giving their insights, some chapter-ettes are feeble. Purveyor of wine-bar funk Jay Kay on why he owns supercars, and Bronwyn Cosgrave on ‘style’ are profoundly annoying. RH
