On the Brighton Road

As usual many vintage cars were seen on Brighton Run Sunday. These included two 30/98 Vauxhalls, one of them in company with a 2-litre or 3-litre Lagonda, an Edwardian Standard 2-seater, Nicholson’s 11/22 Lea-Francis, a Bean, an early 20/60 Vauxhall saloon, a very nice Sporting Calthorpe 4-seater, a 14/40 Sunbeam, a partly-repainted 14/45 Talbot tourer, a well-preserved Clyno Nine saloon, a Morris Commercial lorry and I. A. Grant’s 1927 Gräf und Stift tourer (pictured above) which we hear is for sale.
