Under Seventeens Car Club

For junior enthusiasts, waiting for that seventeenth birthday and a provisional licence can be rather frustrating. Now, with support from BP, there is a group which enables the under-seventeens to practise driving under properly supervised conditions and to work through a series of grades until allowed to drive unaccompanied at the various practice venues.
