THE indefatigable President of the Bentley DC has performed another service to this Club and to motoring enthusiasts in general. It takes the form of a book listing every pre-war Bentley, with each one’s chassis, engine, and Reg. Nos., date delivered, type of body, the coachbuilder, and ,first owner, in some cases with later well-known owners. Thus are documented all the 5,459 Bentley cars built between 1919 and 1949, a stupendous task. Mr. President, we admire you—we love you—and now we hope that for preservation purpoSes you will take a rest from such exhausting undertakings, which, together with past driving accomplishments, are the .admiration of Bentley-boys and others, the World over.—WB.
