V-E-V Miscellany, August 1969, August 1969
A reader who has completely restored a 1933 Armstrong Siddeley tourer needs an open touring body for it. A 1922 Minerva saloon is being restored by a motor dealer in Glasgow, work which includes finding parts for the seized up steering gear and overhauling the electrical system. Already the local Press is placing absurdly high values on it. A local paper recently published a picture of a very early car built at the Stamford Iron Foundry in Victoria Road, Stanford-le-Hope, Essex.
