75 years not out

Sir,

Congratulations on reaching MOTOR SPORT’S 75th year with the magazine in such good health. Long may you continue to produce an unrivalled balance between contemporary and historic racing. Particularly commendable is the high quality of the journalism.

There have been so many interesting articles on F1 greats in recent issues that I would like to suggest a future article on those drivers who could have been great, had fate been kinder to them. The names of Ricardo Rodriguez, Roger Williamson, Stefan Bellof and Tom Pryce spring quickly to mind. In the meantime keep up the high standards and good luck for the future.

I am, yours, etc. Kevin Guthrie, Fife, Scotland
