Road-Test Presentation

Sir,

On several occasions I have really meant to sit down and write a letter to a motoring magazine, but . . . well, you know what happens, it’s always something that will get done tomorrow. So; it’s today, and I’ve sat down and I’m doing it.

In “My Year’s Motoring” Motor Sport, February 1976, W.B. remarks on road tests and their various settings out. I agree with him completely. It is much more interesting to follow a vehicle through a journey (on paper) and to learn of its peculiarities than just read about its statistics and its 0-60 m.p.h. figure.

Please keep up an excellent motoring journal.
